Returns |

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No imported jewelry will be exchanged nor returned. Unopened or damaged cosmetic products will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to try to make it right.
Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Returns of merchandise in original unused condition are accepted within 15 days of purchase. Shipping costs for returned merchandise are not refundable.
Our policy is not to accept returns of opened and/or used items. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for unopened or items that are returned. Generally, we will accept the return of unopened items within 15 days of purchase. Please email us to receive a return approval before returning any product. The following additional rules apply to the Elements 4 Nature return policy also:
No cash refunds will be given
You pay the shipping to return the product
We do not give credit for the shipping charge
Credit for the purchase is given once we receive the product
Items returned as "undeliverable" It is your responsibility to provide us with a valid address that the post office or another common carrier can deliver to. Items returned to us as "undeliverable" will receive credit for the product only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We will notify you via email and give you the option to have the package shipped again, but, you will have to pay the shipping charge again.
Note: Due to health and safety concerns we are unable to accept opened returns of perfume, lotion, body wash, or any other product used for personal care. We encourage new customers to place a small first order. |
